Refund & Return Policy

Returns – Eligibility

We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

and include:

• the reason for return
  We will reply with return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval (bank processing times may vary).

Exchanges
If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@krutyakov.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
