We do not ship to: Russia, Belarus.

1) Processing / Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If an item is not currently in stock, production may take 3–6 additional business days. In this case, we will contact you by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.

6) Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays (carrier issues, customs inspections, weather, holidays). Krutyakov is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or factors beyond our control.
