We do our best to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and the handmade / small-batch nature of our products.

5) Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, update product information, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

6) Ordering & Payments
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms receipt of your order and does not necessarily mean acceptance.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We process payments securely via trusted payment providers (such as Stripe/PayPal, depending on your checkout options).

7) Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, or once an order has been processed/shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

8) Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE worldwide shipping on eligible orders (shipping cost at checkout is $0 where applicable).
Processing / Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is not currently in stock, production may take an additional 3–6 business days. In that case, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch):
• USA: 5–10 business days
• Europe / UK: 5–10 business days
• Worldwide (other countries): 8–17 business days (may vary by destination)
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier system.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Restricted Destinations: We do not ship to Russia and Belarus.

9) Delivery Inspection / Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

10) Returns & Refunds
Return Window: We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items showing signs of wear, washing, odor, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval (bank processing times may vary). Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
